OUR CONSULTATIONS ARE EASY AND FUN.

Hormones are responsible for many functions in the body and have a large impact on mood regulation, weight fluctuation, skin appearance, romantic desires, bone health, and many other factors that affect daily life. The balance of hormones can be disrupted by aging, surgeries, chronic stress, and through other medical conditions. Consultations can be conducted in person or via phone.

Puramint specializes in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). BHRT is a safe and customized way to replenish and rebalance your hormones. Each hormone replacement regimen that is made is patient-specific and can contain any combination of hormones at strengths tailored to your individual needs. BHRT is available in different forms such as lozenges, creams, and capsules.

Hormone and Nutritional Review

Our certified Hormone Replacement Specialist will have a face to face meeting with you to discuss lab results, hormone therapy, your goals, your symptoms, and develop a customized treatment plan for you. This will then be given to you and your practitioner for approval.  

You will receive follow up assessments to track your progress and facilitate any dose changes that may need to happen. You will also receive up to 1 hour additional one on one time with a certified Hormone Replacement Specialist at no additional charge.

Lab Review and Treatment Recommendation

Our certified Hormone Replacement Specialist will review your labs and symptoms to develop a customized plan for you. This will then be sent to you for approval and any questions you may have will be answered before being sent on to your practitioner to obtain the required prescriptions. You will also receive follow up assessments to track your progress.

$50 Includes a virtual or phone explanation of the treatment plan for up to 15 minutes. Time over 15 minutes will incur an hourly rate of $120 per hour.

Comprehensive Hormone Program

This program includes all features of Package 1 and Package 2 and the following.

Comprehensive initial hormone testing 2 follow up tests.

Up to 30 minutes of 1 on 1 time with a pharmacist each month.

*Program participation is defined as actively responding to follow up assessments.
